Privacy & data governance
Data retention policy
Security of your data is our top concern. Data is stored as long as you continue to use our services.
User data and personal data is automatically deleted after at most one month upon uninstalling our app from all channels of a workspace or by making a request to [email protected].
Invoicing related data for paid subscriptions is kept for two years after the end of the subscription as required by the German law and in compliance with German DSGVO.
The data retention policy is implemented in compliance with the German DSGVO and GDPR.
Data archiving and removal policy
User-data and personal data is deleted automatically upon uninstallation.
Additionally, in compliance with GDPR, data deletion request can be issued to [email protected] and will be processed as soon as possible and within the time-frame required by GDPR.
Data storage policy
All data is transmitted over HTTPS, and any data stored is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit AES encryption.
The data is stored at our hosting provider's data center, located in Germany.
To ensure availability and redundancy, multiple zones are used and data is regularly and automatically backed up and we have a tested backup, recovery procedure in place that ensure business continuity. Any system failure is alerted to our team immediately.
