Data archiving and removal policy

Retention of your information. Your information will be stored until we delete our records, and we proactively delete it, or if you send a valid deletion request. Please note that in some circumstances we may store your information for longer periods of time, for example (i) where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax or accounting requirements, or (ii) for us to have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, and/or (iii) if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your information or dealings. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement: (i) the Platform license granted to Customer under this Agreement shall expire, and Customer shall discontinue any further use thereof; (ii) Customer shall immediately delete and dispose of all copies of the Documentation in Customer’s or any of its representatives’ possession or control; and (iii) Company may delete all Customer Data. The provisions of this Agreement (including Exhibit A) that, by their nature and content, must survive the termination of this Agreement in order to achieve the fundamental purposes of this Agreement shall so survive, including but not limited to Sections 9 and11 hereof. The termination of this Agreement shall not limit Company from pursuing any other remedies available to it under applicable law.
